A seasoned strategic advisor and a certified hotel real estate investments. Giuseppe has over 18 years ‘experience within international arenas (cementing awareness of accommodation sector, travel and tourism industry) and in the European Hotel industry.

After having worked almost 20 years for global companies, Giuseppe turned his focus to the Italian Hospitality Real Estate and founded Hospitalitas Real Estate in 2020. He is currently engaged in advisory for hotel investors, financial operators, real estate firms, hotel owners, hotel operators and hotel chains. He is also a Council Member of executive & industry expert for Hospitality, Travel & Tourism.

Giuseppe holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Tourism Management from London South Bank University and he has also completed the Cornell University Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate. Furthermore, he has received the Corporate Finance Institute certificate in Commercial Real Estate Finance Specialization. Recently, Giuseppe has been awarded the Certification in Advance Hospitality and Tourism Analytics (CAHTA) from STR.

Giuseppe is a public speaker with strong cultural awareness – speaks fluent English, Spanish and Italian – gained via European experience, including UK, Spain, Italy and Czech Republic.
